This apartment is a 4 bedroom 2 bath apartment, in which you can sublease a single room. The apartment is FULLY FURNISHED with MULTIPLE TVs and ALL NECESSARY APPLIANCES (with one current tenant who is really friendly and responsible, currently you get a private bathroom as he uses the other one) Current lease lasts till August, can move in as soon as last week of April ! (Before May 1st) Rent for that last week will already be paid! As this is an urgent request, I can compensate $100 a month from May - August (total $400) as soon as you sign the sublease!
