Metrotown Condo second room rental (4/1~)

The rent is $1640 per month, with utilities & internet fee separate We are looking for someone to rent the "second room" in a condo located just 10 seconds away from Metrotown Station. The building has a parking garage, lounge, and gym. The unit is on a high floor, so as shown in the pictures, the view is great! The unit has 2 rooms and 2 bathrooms, so you won't need to share a bathroom and can use your own. The master bedroom is currently occupied by a female tenant, so we are looking for a female tenant for the second room. The room includes a queen-size bed, desk, and chair, bathtub in the bathroom. Dryer and washer in the unit All furniture is included. :) If you need extra storage, you can keep your things in the den right next to the room.
