Indiana Almond leaves for aquariums, shrimp, snails and fish

    Pet Supplies ·

    $5

Hello there. These are small almond leaves for fresh water aquariums and aquatic pets. Why almond leaves you ask? Well, Indian almond leaves are a popular treat for dwarf shrimp and aquatic snails. ^_^ As a leaf decays in the water, it releases tannins, which has many positive effects on aquatic animals. It contains antioxidants and antibacterial properties amongst other positive properties. It is often used for shrimp, snails, betta's and other aquatic animals. I personally use it in my Ramshorn snail tank and blue rili aquarium. For a 10 gallon tank with shrimp (and/or) snails and fish I recommend 3 to 4 leaves. they last for 1 to 2 months depending on what type of aquatic animals you have. With lots of snails and shrimp that will snack on the leaves, it will last a little over a month. They will sink within 1-2 days after dropping them in the aquarium, or you can throw them in boiling water for a minute to soak them faster. Let it cool off in some cold water first before putting them in the aquarium. 1 pack (10 leaves) for $5 1 pack (15 leaves) for $7 Shipping is available for $1.50 extra. It will be mailed to you in an envelope and will arrive between 1-3 business days Thank you for reading!
