111I bought this sofa a few years ago, and it is quite too tiny for my current condo. It's made of 100% Italian leather. I bought it when I lived in a bigger house, and we seldom used it. When we have company over, we usually use the family room sofa. This couch is exceptionally comfy and in excellent shape. It has some little scuffs on the side from the moving crew, but nothing major. I wouldn't have intended selling it if it was a little larger than my new condo. The retail price was more than $2000. I will include the rug for free. Dimensions of the couch: L: 73" x W: 41". I'm also selling the rug. It goes quite well with the couch. The rug was purchased at Pottery Barn, and I am asking $200.
