Hi guys ! So here's my workout routine every weekends I run for about 5 kilometers every morning & after that going to the GYM, before we do workout and lift heavy things we should make sure that our body is capable and can endure the pain. First, we will do overall body stretching, eat healthy foods, proteins & dont forget to drink water becayse thats very important.
