Vintage Silver-plated wine plate

Elegant silver plated wine plate . Beaded detailing. Perfect for wine bottles or decorative purposes. Located in Osborne Village with easy access to driveway for parking and pickup . This silver plated made in Canada dish was used to place under the wine bottle to prevent spills on the table cloth. It is in good condition, has been given one polish but needs one more . Would be great for many uses. Measures 7” or 19 cm in diameter. Early 1980’s I have other silver plate listed plus lots more.
