Local Handmade Royal Navy Ceramic Bowl-Plate (hidden foot ring)

Ok so this bowl-plate is SO SHINY and amazing that it was hard to take proper photos of without glare and that really captured the depth of the colours. It starts out light blue around the edges and then descends into royal and dark dark dark navy, almost black, with a mirror-like sheen. Most of the teeny tiny white speckles in the photo are the light reflecting back at the lamp, but it does have larger white flecks. This plate looks like a cross between deep space/going into hyperdrive and the evil eye protection symbol, but in reversed colourways. Definitely should eat food off of this. Please note that there is a tiny bit of uneven glazing on one edge and the underside has some blue markings from my hands (this plate was fired twice). Sometimes handcrafted items have imperfections but that’s what makes them special and one of a kind.
