Cool HP PC for Retro game/media capture

In perfect condition, still has most of the original plastic peels left on the front panel! Fresh install of Windows 10. Gets so much cooler the more you look at it. Would be excellent as a game capture PC for older game consoles with Composite, S-video, or TV channel outputs. Would also be good to connect to an older VCR or camcorder to make backups of tapes.
