Strip Cutter now features four preprinted angled guide lines on its foam surface: 90°, 30°, 45°, and 60°. These guides empower quilters to transform strips into squares and various diamond shapes, perfect for crafting classic quilt designs like the Lone Star and Tumbling Blocks. With these built-in guides, you’ll achieve precise, consistent cuts that save time and minimize fabric waste, unlocking endless possibilities for your quilting projects. What You Can Create: 2 1/2" Strips: Cut 8" wide strips across the fabric width to create three 2 1/2" strips. Position fabric so the fold is perpendicular to the cutting blades, ensuring smooth cutting. One yard of 40" wide fabric produces 13 strips. 2 1/2" Squares: Align a 2 1/2" strip with the 90° guide line, fanfolding into 8" widths. One yard of 40" wide fabric yields 195 squares. 45° Diamonds (3 5/8" Cut Edge): Align a 2 1/2" strip along the 45° guide line for precise diamond shapes. 30° Diamonds (5" Cut Edge): Use the 30° guide line for larger diamond cuts. 60° Diamonds (3" Cut Edge): Follow the 60° guide line for smaller diamond designs.
