Free exercise ball / pregnancy ball

Stott pilates ball for exercise, as a desk or table seat to improve posture (or when you don't have enough chairs for everyone!) I used it loads during my second pregnancy when I was very uncomfortable in my lower abdomen and hips and it was brilliant! Useful during labor and even for after baby is born and old enough to do tummy time exercises using the ball.
