PS3 with controller and 7 games

Last played over a year ago. System is fully reset to factory settings. Controller can sometimes be a little sticky but is otherwise in good condition. I can share a video of me entering setup to show that it works. Pick up only near Woodbine Station, first come first serve. I can share the exact address if you can confirm a time.
